These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Nicetech Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a technology provider incorporated in Cyprus.

Important: We are a B2B technology provider that supplies software solutions to licensed operators. We do not offer gambling services to the public or operate any gambling platforms directly.

Nicetech Limited provides business-to-business (B2B) technology solutions for the iGaming industry, including but not limited to:

• Game aggregation platform and API services
• Sportsbook platform and odds feed integration
• Payment processing gateway solutions
• Risk management and anti-fraud systems
• Bonus and promotion engine
• Agent and affiliate management systems
• Backoffice administration tools
• White-label and turnkey solutions

All services are provided exclusively to licensed operators and businesses in jurisdictions where such activities are legal and regulated.

4. Eligibility and Licensing

Our services are available only to:

• Licensed gambling operators with valid gaming licenses
• Companies seeking to obtain proper licensing
• Technology partners and service providers in the iGaming sector
• Entities operating in jurisdictions where online gambling is legal and regulated

You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

• In jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or unlicensed
• To offer gambling services to minors (under 18 years of age)
• For money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities
• To circumvent licensing requirements or regulatory oversight
• In violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or licensing conditions
• To harm, abuse, or harass other users or third parties

6. Service Level and Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability and aim for 99.95% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.

Integration timelines typically range from 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of requirements and client readiness.

Support is available 24/7 for critical issues affecting live operations.

7. Data and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

Client data remains the property of the client. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data integrity and security.

We may collect aggregated, anonymized statistics for service improvement purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

The Nicetech platform, software, documentation, and related intellectual property remain our exclusive property. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services as specified in their service agreement.

Clients retain ownership of their own content, branding, and data.

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Setup fees are due before service activation
• Monthly fees are billed in advance
• Revenue-based fees are calculated and billed monthly in arrears
• Late payments may incur fees and service suspension

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nicetech Limited's liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local gambling regulations and licensing requirements.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate services immediately in case of:

• Non-payment of fees
• Breach of these Terms
• Loss of required licenses
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, clients have 30 days to export their data before account closure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Cyprus or through arbitration as agreed by both parties.

13. Responsible Gaming

While we are a technology provider and not an operator, we support responsible gaming practices. Our tools include:

• Player protection and self-exclusion capabilities
• Deposit and betting limit controls
• Session time management
• Reality check notifications
• Integration with responsible gaming organizations

Operators using our services are responsible for implementing appropriate responsible gaming measures as required by their licenses and local regulations.

14. Compliance and KYC

Our platform supports various compliance requirements including:

• Know Your Customer (KYC) verification processes
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring
• Sanctions list screening
• Transaction monitoring and reporting
• Audit trail maintenance

Operators remain responsible for ensuring full compliance with their jurisdictional requirements.

15. Updates and Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

Technical updates and improvements are made regularly to maintain security and performance standards.
